Our History

Rodgers Meats was founded by John Rodgers in 1936 from his premises on the Donegall Road in Belfast. After his death, his wife, Mrs. Ethel Rodgers continued to trade and eventually their son Glenn Rodgers came into the business. Rodgers Meats was then moved to the Castlereagh Hills where it  successfully expanded into supplying the catering & hospitality trade.

In 2005, Darren Rodgers, the third generation of the Rodgers family, came into the business. Recently, the premises of Rodgers Meats has been upgraded to now a fully equipped EU approved premise.
